Multivitamin dosage levels

Health authorities generally set an RDA (Recommended daily allowance) for Vitamins and minerals, however reputable companies such as USANA claim these levels are way to low in many cases and recommend what they term "optimal dosages" which simply involves taking much more of everything (but under toxicity levels). This seems to me to be a marketing ploy... I take more multivitamins, they take more of my money.
I generally take one or two tabs/day of TRESOS B (all rounder) which costs me less than AU$20/month. USANA recommendation would have me spend around AU$90/month minimum.

What sort of multivitamin/mineral/antioxidant supplements do you all take and at what dosage levels??
Any comments appreciated!
