I was considering taking Animal Pak, but when I searched the forums not much came up. Is it still a good thing to consider? Or is there better now?

aNIMAL pak is the shit! Its got tons of digestive enzymes and it is perfect for people who train regularly. You dont want the shit that only has 100% DV on it, that is like the DV for ethiopians

I take animal pak and love it some people say the multi from protein factory is better but I have been taking the animal pak for the past yr and i have not gotten sick ONCE it makes me feel amazing. if i am feeling a little down i double up and am good to go
