Do you think it is more difficult for a taller lifter with longer legs to set up in the typical Metal Militia bench position? I am having difficulty maintaining the arch and my legs are taking a beating (pulled a hamstring). Could this be a flexibility issue? Is it simply a matter of continued practice and perfecting the technique? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

it take awhile, watch the hamsting and stretch before lifting I'm 6'4" tall and 400 lbs if I can get that flexible so can you
 
Practice it is... I know once my positioning improves my bench is going to jump significantly. Thanks for the help Mule and BigWh1tey.
