MUHAMMAD ALI signed memorabilia on eBay??

I never could understand this... theres a lot of Ali signed gloves going around on ebay. They are all new gloves but how was Ali suppose to have been able to sign them with his disease? Like the signatures are perfect. I just dun get it :/
