where do you live man?

There are alot of training video's out there by Randy Couture, the Gracies, the Machado's and Matt thorton...try www.tqfc.com and search for matt thorton or straightblastgym....

Muay Thai you can always train a few techniques on a bag, but for BJJ, aside from practising things like shrimping, shooting and your sprawl, I cannot really think of anything else u can do without a partner.

Do you have anyone you can use as a dummy?

how do you practice sprawl solo?
just do like a Burpee kinda?
and Shooting w/out a target sounds like it would be rough tho I guess you could shoot on a heavybag huh?

you look weird practicing sprawls solo but it can be done.. dan gable shows a good drill doing them

and practicing shooting doubles on no target is fat better than not practicing them at all.
