What scares me is that he is 27 years old!!!!!!!!!!!! He looks/acts about 12.

Right. He has some sort of Webster thing happening, so they tried to downplay his age. This show would have been useless even if he was a kid, but knowing he's grown makes it that much worse. No comedic value whatsoever.
