Hello guys im starting this cycle very soon and have everything on hand for it, only thing im unsure about is when to add the stano? Itll be a 4 week cycle, do i just take both at the same Time week 1-4 or should i add the stano after 2 weeks so That ill be running stano 2 weeks longer than msten(i heard this would help maintain the gains but is this even true) thanks for help guys
