...... Unfortunately for gym rats like me living in the UK, they won't mark the package as a gift with a low value to avoid high customs charges here in the UK. I have spent $250 on various goodies and once this reaches the UK will have roughly a. £30 that's around $50 charge slapped on it regards of her majesty pfffft
As of now I don't see why they won't do this for their customers I'm sure someone can give me a good reason here on the EF forums to put me right but right now I feel mrsupps has done the dirty here.
Not a happy bunny

Also this is a heads up for anyone ordering to the uk as it is a nasty surprise when you get the bill which you must pay before they will deliver

Thats not MrSupps responsibility. As with life one thing is certain, Death and taxes. Best of luck to you...

Agree With Arabian, its not their fault.

I was fixing to ship a package to a Friend in Ireland after visiting the post office i got a nasty suprise,so i backed out of it! True.....Life isn't fair!

so in writing you have requested a federally licensed company in the usa to defraud a foreign country?? yea, i'm sure they are doing what is best for the company bro, they are not a fly by night, trunk slammers here today and gone tomorrow..

sorry.. at least you have gov medical right??

i had the same problem but they do write in the delivery of some section that they do not accept responsibilty for this and you should check the laws of your own country! had to just pay the 20 quid bill

My other BB supplement supplier were a lot more considerate.
But hey the fact that I pay tax on my income, council tax, road tax, value added tax (20%), insurance tax isn't quite enough that I have to pay tax to receive something from a foreign country. The problem in this day and age is people are so brainwashed that they accept tax as something ok and reasonable. Jheeez there is no harm in evading a bit of tax on something like taking pride in your appearance by religiously going to the gym and training hard with the aid of BB supplements. I pay my taxes just saying wouldn't have harmed anyone

Mate whenever I order stuff from the US I get it sent to a US address and they repackage it and send it on marked as a gift. Of course you have to pay for the service (google myus.com) but if you're ordering a lot it'll work out cheaper than customs duty. Or just order less, I've had deliveries from the states with no customs/import charges on a value of less than $200 can't really expect them to make a fraudulent customs declaration.

Protest ! Next time a shipment comes in, gather a few mates and dump all of the tea (err, supplements) in the harbor. It worked for us.
