dont weigh yourself!! get your bf% tested...thats the probelm. maybe youve just added muscle, thats y u havent dropped pounds.

I concur.... I bought a Fattrack digital bf caliper last month, and it didn't give me very accurate (different readings continously) readings, then stopped working :( . Got to send it back. I haven't found a local place where I can get my bf measured nor a place that has ..what's it called? hydrostatic testing?

Bottom line, the reason I am confident I haven't lost fat, nor gained muscle :( is that the love handles and belly haven't changed, plus, I KNOW by the mirror that I haven't gained enough muscle to not have lost weight.. (make sense?).

I wish you were right :(.
