MRP shelf life?

I have a box of Met-Rx MRP's (sealed in their own packs) thats been sitting in my closet for about a year. Just wondering if they're still good? They're no expiration date on them.

I'm no expert but if the storage conditions were stable, the should be ok. However the advice that I get, and follow, is not to keep them (any MRP) for longer than six months.

1 year is no problem...I think it has a 5year life....
