Ok, im about to start a dit down phase now. and i want you to tell me what you think about my diet....this is what ive been eating as a bulk up diet:

Diet:

Meal 1:
90g oatmeal
2dl orangejuice
3dl milk
20g protein powder
6 eggwhites
2 yolks

Meal 2:
40g protein powder
5dl milk
60g Oat Bran

Meal 3:
4dl orange juice
90g rice
150g steak
+ vegetables

Meal 4:
40g protein powder
5dl milk
1 banana

Meal 5:
1 can of tuna
2 slices of bread

Meal 6:
4dl orange juice
90g rice
150g steak
+ vegetables

Meal 7:
40g protein powder
5dl milk
1 banana

Meal 8:
6 eggwhites
2 yolks
+ peanutbutter


Proteins: 390,80g
Carbohydrates: 532,36g
Fat: 115,65g
Calories: 4788,12


From this diet i have worked out my phase one of my diet down diet. where i reduced 15-20 of the calories from carbs. and tapered the carb intake as the day progressed. i am gonna start this diet tomorrow..and start cardio on monday..start out with 3 days, 30 minutes of cardio..and increase it up untill i do 45min 5-6 days a week. then i will drop another 10% of the calories from the carbs..my first phase diet looks like this :

Diet:

Meal 1:
45g oatmeal
2dl orangejuice
3dl milk
20g protein powder
6 eggwhites
2 yolks

Meal 2:
40g protein powder
5dl milk
60g Oat Bran

Meal 3:
70g rice
150g steak
+ vegetables

Meal 4:
40g protein powder
5dl milk
30g oatmeal

Meal 5:
1 can of tuna
60g rice

Meal 6:
40g rice
150g steak
+ vegetables

Meal 7:
40g protein powder
5dl milk
30g oatmeal

Meal 8:
6 eggwhites
2 yolks
+ peanutbutter


Proteins: 376,76
Carbohydrates: 390,49
Fat: 93,05
Calories: 4149,72



I might add some more proteins. just add some more protien powder, and an eggwhite here and there. so what do you think?
 
Hmm what is DL

What is a DL, Im from america so I might have no clue, Sounds to me like you have too much carbs in there Get rid of that OJ, Fruit only fills up liver glycogen doesnt give you good energy and is one molecule away from fatty tryglidercides, <-- Cant spell to save my life.

If that is the diet you want to run, eat all those carbs early in the day and cut them out by 3pm, THis will work. Good luck,
 
DL=dl, there are 10dl in 1 liter

im 6'2, 220. and i reduced my carbs with nearly 150g. and im at 14-15% now. im also a natural.
