Could you "please" state (1) instance where Elite Fitness(GS) has paid (out of His pocket) to "fights for your rights, pays out of his own pockets to protect the members" as you put it.

(I'm looking for significants, not just keeping his site up while other "ran" - that's easy when you have a positive cash-flow.

This needs to be adressed and not just locked up like some Top Secret document that only few talk about and no one ever sees.

Just asking questions that I think I'm entitled answers to - (as a MONTHLY paying member)

WTF? I think they've paid attorneys like Rick Collins to know their (as well as your) privacy rights, perhaps among other things (maybe like paying for an overseas server, etc.). This is not the USA government and their is no constitution between you and EF as to your "rights." Provoking admin is the best way to get yourself banned, so keep being a smart ass and I'm sure you'll be saying si-ah-na-rah.

I don't really care to know what happen's or has been done but i don't see why you should not be allowed to ask the question. If people are going to say all this stuff get's done for the member's but not give specifics you have to expect people to be curious.

Don't "tout" that you "have my back LEGALLY - if you have no documentation to prove it.

As a paying member - it's MY RIGHT to respectfully ask these questions and expect the rightful persons to answer them, cause after all - isn't it our monthly $$$ that's giving them the Arena to promote all their other $$ making ideas?

No problem. When Eric perrin -ef member- died over his own fault, Elitefitness was sued to give up all members information and let the FEDs put a program (carnivore like) on EF servers to basically log everyone's IPs and personal info. GS went to court to fight the feds, hired the famous Rick Collins. EF did NOT release members' information and won the trial, after an expensive court fight. I'm sure you realize that going to court with the government is VERY expensive, since the gov. has deep pockets. George Spellwin has worked hard to protect your rights. Other sites out there would not even bother, they would give up all your information in face of fear, but GS fought for your rights.

Instead of questioning common knowledge, do a search on it and you would find everything you need. You posted something in the open that you could have PMed me about and asked.

P.S. there are other fitness sites, like Triedia back in the day that was taken down and the owners just ran, giving up all the server info to the FEDs! that's right, all your posts, IPs and personal info they logged. So, I only trust elitefitness, as Ef will protect your rights.
