I have a stupid Question.

This upcoming weekend, I'm heading out of town for 2 days. I will be leaving at 5am, which means I'll be up earlier than usually (normally I'm up at 9) and I'll be heading to bed later at night.

The way my 6 meals fit in now are perfect, but because I'm getting up so early and heading to bed later than usual, should I add in an extra meal or two for the day? I don't think I can stretch out the meals for every 3-4hours.. that's too long.

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to go over the pro/fat ratio for the day.

You can just decrease the size of the 6 meals and add a few more meals to accomidate daily intake.
