Should...well, that's an overstatement...
You CAN change what you eat, just for variety, but if you're following a certain set of ratios then it's all up to you, as long as you stay w/in those ratios you're fine.
Ex:
if I want to eat 100g carb/30g fat/10g protein for a mea
(hypothetically speaking)
I can eat: 2 1/2 cups oatmeal/2 1/2 tbsp. flaxseed oil
or I can eat: 1 big slice of carrot cake....
You see, both have the same ratios but will yield different things. For, the carrot cake is full of sugar, while 2 1/2 cups of oatmeal are NOT and will keep you full for hours.
This ALL depends on you................
