Should...well, that's an overstatement...
You CAN change what you eat, just for variety, but if you're following a certain set of ratios then it's all up to you, as long as you stay w/in those ratios you're fine.

Ex:
if I want to eat 100g carb/30g fat/10g protein for a mea
(hypothetically speaking)
I can eat: 2 1/2 cups oatmeal/2 1/2 tbsp. flaxseed oil
or I can eat: 1 big slice of carrot cake....

You see, both have the same ratios but will yield different things. For, the carrot cake is full of sugar, while 2 1/2 cups of oatmeal are NOT and will keep you full for hours.

This ALL depends on you................

Im speaking more like One more i eat 10 Egg whites and the next morning i eat a protien shake and maybe some cottage cheese?

Yes, you can stick to any food you want, as LONG as it follows the dieting ratios that you are shooting for. If none are present (ratios that is), then just add a scoop of protein to that cottage cheese and enjoy.
