dont know if you remember my post on the anabolic forum about my fatloss coming to a stop. i decided to try it your way and see how it works for me. i just have some questions though. is it necessary to add in two carb up days? i have done a search on ckd and the recommended carb up days range from 1,1.5,2 days. would'nt it be more beneficial if the carb up days are once a week? that way you are in ketosis and extra day. also, i remember reading your cdk manual a few months ago (think it was last year) and you stated to cosume little protein the day after carbing up. you said that it wouldnt do any damage because ketones are muscle sparing. i dont see how that wouldnt be damaging because you are not in ketosis the day after a carb up. wouldnt it be better to eat the usual 1g protein per lb? also, where is that ckd manual at? i cannot seem to find it. thanks for all your help!
