Mr. X - Quick Clomid question...

RippedRule

New member
Awhile back I let you know I was coming off a 12 wk cycle of 500mg test e and planned on taking clomid/nolva for pct. I have 40 - 50g pills of clomid and you sent me a schedule that I believe started with 300mg clomid/40mg nolva on the first day but my comp crashed and i lost it. What was your suggestion on this?

I can't find my schedule on my computer, kids probably erased it, but if you did 300mg,
then
do 100 mg each day for at least 10 days and then
do 50 mg each day for another 10 days,

Over

I'm not so sure that frontloading with clomid is such a good idea... I tried it for the first time for my current PCT.... it's working, however the sides are pretty bad.... I don't even mind the floaters that much, but the abdominal / pelvic pain it's been causing is pretty bad... I did 300mg Day 1, 150mg Days 2-3, 100mg Days 4-14... was going to drop down to 50mg ED after that but then the onset of pain...so I backed off for a few days... seems to be helping

I guess, point is, maybe starting with a more reasonable dose is sometimes the best way to go

Why not just start a few days earlier and NOT frontload it that way you don't have to worry about the sides and by the time of your intended start date your blood levels will already be elevated.

On thing to learn with aas and related compounds is that the more drastic changes you make the more sides you will encounter.

you're definitely right... and my PCT has been and still continues to be a work in progress.... I'm not a newbie anymore, but still learning... next time around I will deifnitely not frontload and as you said, maybe start a little bit earlier
