MR X... post workout CKD drink...?

Hey mr x...

what do you suggest on days 1 and 2 for a post workout
ckd drink...?

afterall these days are heavy weight days... so what do
you suggest without carbs...?

There is not much variety, but here's what I've found to help...
Right after workout have 30g protein (whey/casein mix) w/ 1tbsp. flaxseed oil...then 1hr later have 5 egg whites w/ 30g (casein) w/1tbsp. flaxseed...
the 2-1hr intervals seemed to work the most sufficient rate of anti-catabolic activity.
