Mr.X or someone..please evaluate my workout!

I work out my whole upperbody every other day, and the days inbetween i do my lowere body and a lil cardio..exept on Sundays when i rest. is this a good method???? or should i spread my work out of my body parts on different days????? please reply..thank you !
 
First, you should have at least two rest days a week. Second, you don't need to do legs every other day. Cardio you can do pretty much when you like, but I'd do either a little post-workout, or on days you don't lift.
 
i work out 4-5 days a week (no cardio) but if youd like do it its a great way to boost your energy/heart level. by running or doing any cadio will help you in the weight room!

over training will just get you ripped depending on how good your genetics are you might gain strength! i gained alot of strength from overtraining and everything just because i come from a long list of power lifters and body builders who all have good genetics!! i used to work out like you do and i didnt gain any size the only way was to eat so much and i got worn out!

work out monday,wensday,fri,sat,sun or dont work out sun. depending on your goals, do you want to be big or ripped

Unless you have the genetics of Arnold Schwarzenegger, you will never, ever, ever, ever grow. Post your stats and goals so we have a better understanding of what you are training for.

Sounds like WAY! too much workingout, what's the reason for this? and what are you goals.? and exact workout please....
