i havent re introduced any carbohydrates into my diet yet. i wanted to know one final thing before i do this. lets say my last workout is going to be on friday. should i do a carb up day there or should i start to do the 50g/day-wk on that day? which would be better to prevent too much fat gain. also, should i increase my cardio as my carbs go up? im only doing speedwalking i suppose i can do interval sprints if i need to
