Mr X nolvadex Question

hi :)

been using Arimadex again and glad to be using it again.
No gyno issues persay but have noticed that when I stack nolva with adex I seem to be able to drop body fat alot easier then just with Adex alone?

any thoughts as to why? does nolva aside from acting on target chest area have some peripheral fat buring properties?

the results have been enough to warrant this question.

Effects seem to be acute meaning within a day or two, so its not placebo

I dont think its that simple bro

have taken 2-3 mgs of Adex before just to see the effects which would fit that bill of simply low systemic estro

have also taken the other AI's

nothing has compared to 1 mg of adex with 10 mgs of Nolvadex ( at least for me) daily

its like the grail of low estro and added fat loss with no added effort for me,
an accidental yet amazing discovery

I've never had first experience where nolvadex significantly increased fat-burning, neither for me nor my male clients who I've worked with. When you talk about arimidex, the lower estrogen levels would be the key, but with nolvadex - a mixed estrogen agonist/antagonist - I wouldn't attribute it directly to a significant increase in fat burning. I could see it as being a good aid in getting rid of fat around the chest area (nipple area), but beyond that I wouldn't put it in the 'fat burning' category. JMO.
 
Just had a thought. I remember reading an article about 2 years ago where the author claimed the "lower" IGF levels from taking nolvadex would decrease fat-cell growth. If someone is thinking that, that's false. The nolvadex / IGF-1 rumor was based on a mythical theory floated by dan duchaine.

I find the strongest product for me is letrozole - I love it because it keeps me dry ;)

Yeah letro is strong and will keep you dry, but OMEGA is talking about BF reduction..interesting though....

OMEGA are you on something while taking the 2? or alone?

I favor
Arimadex + Nolva as the side effects are much to great with any other AI I have used

this came through trial and error and evolved within the last 6 months, not to mention severe, SEVERE allergic reaction to other AiI's I have tried

with documentation, dates, and pics .........

have come to:

.5 mg adex and 10 mgs Nolva
whic is quite cost effective i might add

the nolva dosage is on the low end but non the less potent.

systemic fat loss denotes a system wide benifit versus locallized acute benift as typically associated wth NolvaDex

I think it's variable from cycle to cycle, but .5/25 and 1/50 seems to be the general dosages people like. :coffee:

I have some letro for my upcoming cycle of tren ace/prop/eq/winny..what do you think is the minimum one can take during..
 
1.25mg EOD or E3D is a good starting place. I have to say I noticed a little gyno from the tren a and upping the letro to 2.5mg ED worked wonders. Good stuff but it's VERY strong. Especially the "blue" letro :p

It depends on the amount of gear you have - you can go as low as .25mgs letrozole ED. ;)

Well its alot different now in Russia. Here in Russia we have more dollars than you have in USA :) With our oil and gas we`ll end up buying whole europe for cheap in next 10-15 years :) And dollar is getting cheaper and cheaper every day! :evil: America need to bomb some european country again to get USD rate back to normal :) For god`s sake dont touch Iran! :)

I don't want to turn a 'Mr.X nolvadex question' thread into a discussion on Iran, but I'll say this much - the scary state is not the one that wants to have many nukes...it's the one that wants to have just 1 nuke.

Plus, I like the Iranian test :coffee:

question. im doing some letro and nolva for puberty puffiness. how much Letro would be good .5? thats what i was thinking
