I wouldn't use Humalog, when I experimented w/ it (and I can handle a lot of slin) it hit me too hard. Most people experience a side-effect of low-bs too fast w/ humalog and the protein is not enough to combat it. I'd suggest sticking w/ R.

ok I'll do that but one question... Is three hours really long enough to wait before high fat dieting with R? It has a duration of around 4 hours and with high fat I just want to make sure... Cutting is most important but this diet looks like what i was looking for all along... I'm at around 11% trying to get to 7-8% while on 150mg fina ED starting in a week or two

I would think 3hours is plenty

a person there lost 2%bodyfat in a few weeks using the MKD, I think it's a post under insulin dosing

I'm rushing a cycle I had planned because last minute spring break plans haha we're only young once ya know

Thanks for the input

I read that post and you seem to contradict your own diet. At some point it says take post workout with carbs bu in the diet it says in the mourning without carbs unless needed ofcourse due to hypo. Also the person who posted doing it did a high protein non ketogenic diet...

I just want to make sure I got it right before I do it thats all...

I doubt I'm contradicting anything, Please make yourself clear. I'm not sure what you're referring to, seems like you misread something.

Remember, different people require different things...

Sorry Im in a bit of a hurry, the contradicting thing refered to things said in two different post but its not important anyway...

I have ordered insulin and am just deciding how to use it... I was planning either your mkd or a traditional low fat diet with insulin post workout to not get cut but gain some muscle without getting fat

My mail question about the mkd is does that little bit on protein absorbed in the mourning really make a difference? I'm getting horribly flat on a CKD and need to change something up...

Thanks for helping here I've never studied up on diets before now because ive never tried to get into single digits body fat

I couldn't tell you if it makes a difference or not, it all depends...but I promise that taking insulin and carbs and a usual so called low fat high carb diet is sure to NOT get you into single digits, in fact I assume it will ADD digits to your BF
