Hey Mr X, I would like your advice on on dieting down some. Right now I am about 6'1 and 205 lbs with a body fat somewhere between 12-14%.
I am also on a Back/Bi, Chest/Shoulder/Tri, Legs split.
This summer I was kinda new to the whole cutting deal and I changed my diet. I was high protien with low fat and carbs. I was probably somewhere around 60% protien/ 30% Fat / 10% Carbs. I would also carb up every weekend(1 day). I also was on an ECA stack and I drank about 1.5 gallons of water a day. I also took glutamine.
I seemed to do decently well. I dropped from 200lbs down to about 188lbs while dropping my bf from 12 to the high 8's. I was very vascular and I also seemed to gain some size and strength while doing this. I also did cardio on an empty stomach 3x a week at 45 minjtes.
So how offbase was that summer diet? I am looking to cut again. Should I just do what I did or should I do something different. i would love to hear what you have to say about what I did. Please hook me up.
