Mr X I would like some advice

Hey Mr X, I would like your advice on on dieting down some. Right now I am about 6'1 and 205 lbs with a body fat somewhere between 12-14%.

I am also on a Back/Bi, Chest/Shoulder/Tri, Legs split.

This summer I was kinda new to the whole cutting deal and I changed my diet. I was high protien with low fat and carbs. I was probably somewhere around 60% protien/ 30% Fat / 10% Carbs. I would also carb up every weekend(1 day). I also was on an ECA stack and I drank about 1.5 gallons of water a day. I also took glutamine.

I seemed to do decently well. I dropped from 200lbs down to about 188lbs while dropping my bf from 12 to the high 8's. I was very vascular and I also seemed to gain some size and strength while doing this. I also did cardio on an empty stomach 3x a week at 45 minjtes.

So how offbase was that summer diet? I am looking to cut again. Should I just do what I did or should I do something different. i would love to hear what you have to say about what I did. Please hook me up.

Looks good, I don't see why not....I would just change the ratios to 50%protein/30%carbs/20%fat (add some EFA's like flaxseed)...

You can up the cardio to 5x week, and see how that goes...but overall, it looks good.

P.S. think about adding Yohimburn and R-ALA to that cutting stack for 8 weeks.

I usually get 2-3 bottle of Yohimburn and a few bottles of R-ALA, I go though a bottle every 14 days when I'm cutting up. It's probably THE MOST effective tool out there. (besides DNP). I usually drop 10lbs. of pure bodyfat or more.

Not sure, I don't sell it or anything, I buy it like everyone else from www.anabolicfitness.com (the AF store). I pay $59 per bottle +shipping of course, but usually I get 2 bottles of regular Yohimburn and 1 bottle of Yohimburn DF. The DF is the last bottle to be used so the sub-contaneous water is brought to a lower level.

I am also thinking about sprinting some maybe sprint tues and thurs and do cardio on the eliptical machine mon wed and fri.

Does sprinting give me a nice change up or should I just stick with the eliptical machine?

Yeah, if you can handle sprints...DO IT....
Probably one of the best fat-burning/matabolic stimulating things you can do. Try 2-3 times a week for now and see how it goes, you can always increase it.

Ok here is a question:

Is it possible to have hypertrophy and strength gains while I am on this kind of diet? Many people will say no but I think it is. I would be eating an ass load of protien so I do not see why not.

I think anything is possible; yes, if you have a training routine that's similar to HIT w/ HEAVY weight and very few reps, just make sure it's moderate volume and you should see some good gains.

Also, let me get this straight.... the r-ala will help take care of the carbs right?

Also, how much change could I see from one bottle of yomiburn?

Yes, R-ALA shuttles glucose into the muscle copying insuline actions. I don't know how much change you can see from one bottle, it ALL depends on the person. I usually get 2-3 bottle and see about 20lbs. melt off, so I would guess you can get a 1-5lbs. loss. Again, it's all ballpark, I always recommend getting more then one bottle.
