Mr.X...I need ur HELP

Heres my plan......Basically I need to eat minimum of 2500 calories and 200 of protein, so what changes can I make to my diet plan, which at the moment seems rubbish??

8:30am
3 fried eggs, 2 toasts, beans and tea – I get headack if I don’t drink tea in morning :(

11:30am
Tuna (1 can) sandwich, 2 bananas

2:00pm
Mammoth milkshake (500ml whole milk and 4 spoons mammoth powder)

5:00pm
1 Big chicken leg/breast

7:00pm
Mammoth milkshake

9:00pm
Fish cake (butty) / ¼ cheeseburger with chips

11:00 PM
Mammoth milkshake


NOTES and QUESTIONS
****Drink at least 1 gallon of water throughout the day
****Mammoth milkshake has roughly 50g of protein, 150g cabs, 600+ cal and MCT per serving
****Cooking is a problem for me
****I have really fast metabolism
****I cannot eat more than 3 whole eggs or whites in the morning, oats is also a no no :(
****I want to add 1tbsp of olive oil/ flaxseed oil but don’t know at which meal to add it to? Is this same as what we get at grocery stores for cooking purposes? :confused:
****I want to consume almonds and walnuts during the day, but don’t know at which meal and at what quantity?

im not Mr.X and he will probably be much better in his analysis but this is what i'd do:

add it into the protein shakes before sleep if you want (the flax/ olive), it should slow down the digestion a little :) go with the flax unless cost is an issue

i dont see why you can't snack on the almonds, i;d probably be having them with the protein shakes just because i like solids


ur relying on shakes a lot too....while there probably isnt that much wrong with it, why not try out integrating some whole food as well to replace the shakes? throw in some ham with the eggs, or have some deep filled sandwiches...cold cuts of meat in your home made sandwich are what i tend to do, but if you finda gooid shop u can buy them

from a health point of view i dont see many veg. might wanna stick some in, easy to boil. steam or stir fry


i also personally stay away from whole milk but its your choice, the dangers of Sat fat tend to be hyped up....but 3 shakes at that volume specified for shake 2 = 1500ml milk, which = 60g fat. I go for semi skimmed and flax/hemp oil thrown in
 
Thanx danielson, ur help is appreciated. Shall I replace the 7:00pm milkshake with 2 jacket potatoes with cheese and beans/veg etc. With the other 2 milkshakes shall I add 1tsp flax/olive oil, also munch on 1 cup of almonds after the shakes!!

Am one of those people in the world that can eat anything and yet not gain mass.

drop toast, add 1 cup oatmeal, add 2 egg whites add 1tbsp. flax oil

11:30am
Tuna (1 can) sandwich, 2 bananas
drop banana, add 1tbsp. flax oil

2:00pm
Mammoth milkshake (500ml whole milk and 4 spoons mammoth powder)

5:00pm
1 Big chicken leg/breast
add 1 large YAM

7:00pm
Mammoth milkshake

9:00pm
Fish cake (butty) / ¼ cheeseburger with chips

add handful of almonds or walnut to every meal

Drop milkshake, add a protein from PF: 60%egg white protein/30%whey/10%caseinate
drop milk add water

can you handle the first change in this diet? for, it need more alteration but a little further down the road

So far so good, gonna keep this up, few weeks down the line I'll come back to u again

i wish i was rich and could pay someone to like hold my hand and setup my food and cook it too. dieting would be much easier if you didn't have to plan every single thing out and had someone make and prepare everything. i think i should go try and marry some rich lady lol and have a suga mamma.

I know how u feel, my mother does everything for me, the only thing I do is make my protein drink. I can remember when she went on holiday, my life was hell, couldnt cook, eat on time, everything was messed up etc
 
Try to keep your diet as simple as possible. The good and bad thing about most diets is flexibility. Variety is a double edge sword, it gives you different tastes but it also confuses you. I say pick 4 or 5 foods that you KNOW you can eat and stick with those for the first couple of weeks. After you get used to the diet you can start to branch out to other options. A wise man once said, “KISS” (Keep It Simple, Stupid). I need to plaster that on my forehead (backwards of course) ;)
