Mr. X I need a constant low-carb diet without refeeds

I'm not looking to hit ketosis but just a low carb lifestyle that will allow me in time to be lean and muscular. I'm not looking for a quick fix but a good lifestyle diet that will allow me to be lean and muscular all year round, my main goal is to feel good and energetic. Can you point me in the right way for something that you can do everyday which is healthy and balanced?
TIA

Why no refeeds? Do you lift iron?

I would be afraid to call any diet that is too restrictive of any one macro in the long-term (i.e., keto with no refeeds!) "balanced" - especially if you plan on running it for an extended period of time.

Yes, I guess what I'm looking for is daily refeeds then as I almost passed out by going a week without carbs and then eating a big bowl of Fruity Pebbles. I can't do that.
Heres what I was doing:
Eating high protein some carbs(low gi) for the first three meals including dextrose following workout only. From that point on no carbs outside of green veggies and maybe low carb tortilla.
Not counting calories just eating by general rules of low carbs.
Any suggestions?
