How would HCA be used on a keto diet? Would it work with the refeeds?

Actually, a few people do get thrown out of Ketosis by using HCA, I've seen it happen, while some can't enter ketosis while using it. Strange, and I linger to explain it w/ reasoning, I would guess it's the acidic part of the supplement. I wouldn't use it while in ketosis, and I wouldn't use it during the carbup because it blunts appetite and that's the last thing you want when you already feel full.
