I have had gyno (puffy nipples, not any visible breast tissue) since I was a teen. I have ran a few cycles in the past but none have worsened my case since I always ran high doses of either nolva or arimidex throughout my cycle. I have dieted done to very low bf levels for contest prep and the puffiness never dissappeared.

Lately I have been reading your posts and you seem to really believe that letro works to reduce gyno. I got so liquid letro and have started using .125 mg ed or 1/2 cc. My question is how long do you need to run the letro for to get rid of pubescent gyno? And is it possible to get the same results without running nolva in combo with the letro?

One more question, it does kill my sex drive, will cialis help with sex drive or just erectile function?

Letrozole has worked even in cases like yours - natural LT gyno. However, it's not a guarantee. I would suggest starting at your regular 1.25mgs ED and running it for about 4 weeks, then you can judge if the letro is helping or not. In about 4 week, if you feel it's working for you, you can either bump dosages or stay on the same path longer. I cannot give you a time-frame because it's variable from person to person.

letrozole will have an effect on your libido, but so do all AIs to some degree. Just to be safe, I would keep cialis around - who knows when you need it

if you already have a problem start at 2.5 mg. you can always lower the dosage. its takes a couple weeks to even get stable plasma levels of letro.

I disagree. A lot of users can get away with 1.25mgs ED; I rather see him start slow and bump up dosages if he feels the need. No need to go to 2.5mgs right off the bat.

IMO better to start off at clinical doses and wean, but it can be run either way.

as far as libidio issues, cialis wont help with libido. But it should allow you to go through the motions.

a low dose of clomid can help to maintain libido when running letrozole

I don't notice any libido issues when running letro but some do. You could always throw in some proviron at 50mgs/ED, Tribulis, or what marco said.

cialis is mainly for 'getting it up' in case that ever is an issue.

JMO, I like to start guys off on a lower dosage because letrozole is so strong that guys have come to me claiming that .5mgs ED go rid of their gyno - so it's variable at best.

Not everyone expriences libido issues -- like I said before, all AIs give some libido problems (to some degree), so it's not unusual.
