If the point of carb up day is to bring back leptin anf t-3 levels then why wouldnt bromo be able to replace this? If one where trying to loose fat asap and willing to go flat then wouldnt bromo be enough to replace letpin? Also with an MKD on fina and bromo fat loose would seem to do pretty fast...
