Okay well i had enough, ive decided to start a diet, or some type of cycle...
I am 16 y/o 158 and 5'7"
What i need help is figuring out how much fats/protein/carbs/calories i should be having a day? What type of foods should i be avoiding, what should i eat??
My goal is to lose as much body fat as possible and as little muscle mass as possible, but i do not want to go on a keto diet.
I did a stupid thing this past month and like starved myself, BAD IDEA. i didn't lose any muscle mass but i surely lost strength, all i managed to do is lose about 10 pounds.
I work out every monday, wednesday, friday, 30-40 minutes of cardio on tuesday, thursday, and sunday.
I have lots of dedication, and i don't care how long it takes. Please help, either respond here or email me.
