You have to first to consider if the person is estrogen/gyno prone to determine the proper compounds (like letrozole) that would be used. Once you have established that, you can use a general dosages, based on experience, which would allow you to gauge the estrogen response to the test - if there is any. I always suggest starting an AI like arimidex, letrozole at the start of any cycle - just to be safe. You can start at low dosages and work your way up if you still have sides.
