I was wondering if brocolli was ok on a keto diet, or would it throw you out of keto? If it does any ideas of something to sue for fiber and /or to fill em up when i eat?
Thanks

If you can eat it without kicking yourself out of ketosis go for it. This week is my first real 'keto' week where I'm not consuming my protein shakes because it would lead to too much protein and kick me out of ketosis, but as for other stuff, I mean I was making two beef patties with bacon for dinner, and I wanted to put some cheese on it, and the kind I got had 2 carbs per slice, and I'm thinking, hmmmm if I take some ala or even not, and I still am in ketosis, it's not a big deal, experiment a little, see how many carbs with how much ala you can take and still be in ketosis and use that as a guide line, that way you can jazz up some of your foods, this week though I'm trying to not include any extra carbs.

I'm going to experiment slowly, try to do no 'extra' carbs this week and see where it gets me with fat loss and ketosis, and then gradually introduce very low carb foods into the mix like a pita roll worth 3 carbs, or some keto pudding worth 3 carbs

Depends on how much you eat, there is 4carbs per serving which is I think 1/2 cup. So, I wouldn't recommend more then 4 servings a day, and not more then one per meal. The rest would be a grey area, meaning you might be kicked out of Ketosis. It's all subjective, like glutamine.
