I am 5'8", 200 lbs, 13% bf. I am trying to get under 10%. I consume 2250 cal, 220 g protien, 60 g of fat and 60 g of carbs a day. I was wondering if I should eat fruit before my workout and some sugar or simple carbs after? I am feeling fatigued easily in my training, I am also doing cardio twice a day, a.m and p.m for 40 min at a time and doing 75mg's of fina eod.
