Mr. X, a quick question about fruit on diet

I am 5'8", 200 lbs, 13% bf. I am trying to get under 10%. I consume 2250 cal, 220 g protien, 60 g of fat and 60 g of carbs a day. I was wondering if I should eat fruit before my workout and some sugar or simple carbs after? I am feeling fatigued easily in my training, I am also doing cardio twice a day, a.m and p.m for 40 min at a time and doing 75mg's of fina eod.

Mr.X will tell you to stay away from fruit.....period.....particularly when cutting.
 
I am not trying to cut up and get striations and everything, just drop my fat in stomach and lat/chest region, I know sometimes to get ultra ripped any carbs a nono but this is more to just trim down. I also approximated my calories but know I get at least 200 g of protein and eat under 60g of carbs and fat a day.
