I am 100% natural right now, using caloric whiplashing (2 weeks of extreme dieting followed by 2 weeks extreme pigging out) to simulate a puberty-like state in the body...bascially cycling this way optimizes hormonal response to diet changes, and allows you to gain lean mass without fat gain...

Anyway, this bulking phase I am using lysophosphaditydlcholinelkdsfj or "LPC" by Mass Quantites....I have to say I think this shit really works, and well....I use it 3-4 times per day, first in the morning with a 1000 calorie shake and 20 grams creatine, than 1 hour before a training session with 4-5 MQ Tribulus and 2 nolvadex (I know this sounds like a commercial, but I got free shipping for ordering 2 tribulus golds with the LPC)..

I use it again 20 min before a workout with 3-4 Xendadrine and 3-4 grams tyrosine. I use it one last time post workout with another 1000 cal shake and 15 - 20 or so grams of glutamine...

I don't credit all of this to the LPC, but I have gained 6 empty stomach lbs in seven days...thats no shit, and my muscles haven't been this pumped since I was on test...

Anyway, if anyone is interested they can read about what I'm doing in more detail in the journal section, but I think the LPC is pretty kickass for allowing you to abosrb nutrients far better...I told a friend/mod as much and he suggested I let George know so I decided to post it here....
