got a question about your usual fast food lunch.. what places do you go to.. like any fast food or are is there a usual few places you go to? cause i'm sortof on the same (diet) and gonna start taking the glucerol r pills..

most places have healthy options.. get grilled chicken sandwiches from the burger joints.. NO MAYO or sauces of any type. NEVER get breaded chicken, its fried.

Wendy's chili is good and they have a grilled chicken sandwich.

Other fast food that is ok.. some mexican places with lean meat burritos. And chicken joints where you can get unfried chicken.

wha?

Chick Fila!

I grew up in a lower middle class town, they had those at the malls there.

Here in San Diego I think I've seen like one... they are rare.

Mexicans don't like fried chicken.

That's old. Fast food was all I had access to at that time unless I brownbagged it.
