Still beside myslef with this problem. 10 weeks of Enan and Primo did very little. You lways hear people talking - Oh My God, Go Easy, Don't Overtrain Them. Well aside from switching routines up EVERY 4 - 6 weeks I plan blasting them. More sets (12 over all), drop sets, supersets., everything. Next time the test is gettin bumped to 700mg a week too. Anyone already been there?
 
how big r you now?

i wouldnt recommend just jamming in the juice, there is more than one way to train

my feeling is juice is meant to ASSIST in your gains,..

not just hand them to you on a silver platter :mexican:

Whats your tri routine?
 
1)u get enough rest
2)do u train right
3)eat right
4)your age

had the same problem a few years back.went from 17 to 19-3/4 arms.1) need your rest (8hrs) 2)do not compromise form & technique.inhale & exhale properly.3)thats a given 4)you got to take that in account to gain size & stay healthy.stay positive. hell you might need to take a couple weeks off.hope it helps
 
dont work them out as much, give them more time for recovery inbetween work outs, more is not better, do them every other week or so
 
Arms

After a regular routine of 6-10 reps for 8 exrecises each, my routine was 6 sets of 6-8 reps of various execises for bi's and tri's. During this time I always used straight arms curls, dumbell curls, close grip bench presses and skull crushers. Mixed it up beyond that. 3 exercises per wokout. 2 seoconds up and 5-10 seconds on the negative - very slow. then after 4 weeks of that, I switched it t0 10-12 reps for 9 sets each, assorted exercises. 75 sec in between sets with this routine. Now I am finishing my cycle and doing 5 sets of drop sets, with 10 sec rest in between drops, then 2 min rest in between sets. An idea I got from a Charles Poliquin book. An example.

Bi's -
E-Z Curls for a set of 7-10 reps with a wide grip, drop the weight, 5-6 reps with a norrow grip, drop the weight and 5-6 reps with a reverse grip.Might go a bit longer with this routine while I learn to use proper drop weights for the best form I can.

Tri's-
Pressdowns for 7-10 rerps, drop the weight 5-6 reps with a reverse grip, drop the weight, 5-6 reps of rope pressdowns.

In the past I ahve used only 5-6 sets for months at a time, fearing over training, I may as well as chewed some gum instead, because the results were nada.

I get 6-8 hours of sleep a night. Usually 7-8, but I'm in school, working and doing an inernship, so sometimes sleep can get cut to 6 hours, but usually once or twice a week at most, bein honest with ya here. I have been on a cycle, so i've been eating 4200-4500 cal a day.

I used to admire guys with big arms and now to be hinest, I envy them to no end, but in a very negative way to be honest. I can't help but wonder as I watch them do ordinary routines, why there arms are so bog, while I bust my ass and see shit results. My attitude sucks, I'll be the first to admit, damn, WTF? I put in the effort, eating, not ever drinking (I walk in the local bar and they toss me a bottled water) and waht not. I put forth the $$ for cycles and it doesn't happen. I'm burned out and pissed off.

I'm 5'8, 198lbs (192 right now, had strep and tonsilitis this past week), 27 years old. 3 cycles. Been training more seriously last 3 years or so.

NJstacked....The Contrarian.....NEEDS at LEAST 20 Sets 1 day per week to make them grow.......Reps 8-12.........Once I started doing this type of routine....they grew..........I probably do 24-30 Sets.....That is the only muscle I work on that day.....besides Abs
