ive got the ipod video. not so much for the video but because it holds 7500 mp3's. and i have the armstrap for the gym. i love it.

the lycra strap wont fit your arm though unless your ethiopian,I can hardly get it on my forearm let alone above teh elbow

Dont get an ipod, way over rated..I have a shuffel and the bitch only works when it feels like it and the itunes software that you have to use absoultely sucks.

It holds MP3s and can record songs from the radio. Its small and fits in a arm band.
