here we go!..... just recieved my bottle of cyanostane rx, courtesy of IML... will be giving this a run for the next month as my training leads up to the Mr. Olympa Deadlift event... this is a USPA sanctioned, non-tested meet... unlike past years, winners will be from their respective weight classes, not by wilk's score...
current stats:
5'5" 168 11%?, up 20lbs from my avi only 2 months ago... 20lbs of what, im not sure, but my diet has not, and will not be clean for the present time... i will have to make 67.5kg (148) the day of, but there is plenty of time for cutting later...
move over pretty boys, this is how weights are supposed to be treated... with nothing but chalk and hate...
for now, cycle will look like this...
1-infinity 200mg test (self-trt, i dont plan on coming off)
1-4 2caps/day cyanostane rx

deadlifts
warmup to a single with 440, then
2x495 not too hard
1x525 feel good about it...
will be doing full body tomorrow, emphasis on front/zercher squats and bench work... also looking to hit some PR's on bench in the next few weeks...
