I wish it were.
I picked up Downfall only to get home and discover the movie inside was Dead Birds. No shit. The bitch behind the counter didn't check it before she gave it to me. What the fuck is this shit? I got to check the box myself now? Competent help is so hard to find nowdays.
Anyway, I sat down and watched a movie I had no clue to what it was about. It was actually pretty decent. Meaning, don't rush out and buy it, but if nothing else is available, give it a go.
The movie was about these dudes and one dudette in the Civil War era that stole some gold from a bank. They heading to Mexico as fast as they can gallop. Come across a house in the middle of nowhere (nowhere = cornfield) that they are planning to camp out in for the night. (Can you tell this is a horror movie already?) Big ass house. Actually, from the outside it looked like the same house in the remake of Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
Make a long story short, bad things happen, gold disappears and more bad things happen. The End.
