Mountain dog training program?

If I remember right you get a free month of the program called Mountain dog training, if you purchase one of the other programs they got. The content from membership I heard is really good and some unique stuff but didn’t know what else they had to offer. Has anyone tried them them? I’m just looking for new ways to spice up my routines.

Yea I heard about it, they use a lot of climbing too. I think mountain dog too harsh on body IMO

I just make up my own programs so I am not sure. Watch some YouTube dudes for some new ideas on training.
