i need to get my ass in gear and do my friday bis/forearms workout.....and ABS too, they havn't gotten enough work this week, been slacking. plus i need to be out of here no later than 1pm today.

now every rep of my BB curl 5x5 i'm going to curse you so loudly you can hear it over there in NJ. EVERY SINGLE REP. i'm going to PM tiger88 right now and tell him to keep pissing on that tree and to start pissing on the flowers too..... :mad:

why do today what you can put off till tommorrow. if i were you i'd start early, maybe the buffet at the local strip club then get ready to go out. hope that helps!
 
Your best workout is gonna be hitting the kitchen, and from the looks of it, the room you're standing in.

Sh4dowF4lcon - 100lbs. hit 4 sets of 5 and only hit 3 on the final set :mad: i think my concentration broke, not sure. i ran 5x5 from Jan to the end of April, then took May off (didn't intend to take the full month off, but it happened that way). during that 5x5 run, i stalled at 90, 100, and finally at 110lbs BB curls. i hit all of them the following week, except the 110, which was the last week i 5x5'ed. made it to 100 this time before stalling, and i'll get that fucker next week i'm sure. a full month of slacking really hurt me strength wise. it's took me all of June to get my lifts back to where they were when i left off. won't make that mistake again. 6 more weeks of 5x5, then i'll take a week off between the end of the summer semester and the start of fall semester, then it's 16 weeks, prolly with a week break in there somewhere.

deteras....at 5'6" 170lbs, there's not many people i can scare except my children :evil:
