id have to say any place where you have to use one hand is a retarted place to shoot unless your on youe second cycle or verry comfortable with shooting, cause i dont mind doing it but i still get really shakey when i do it and cant keep the depth the same, and its just kinda tough, i did bicep injection last time, wasnt cool, i was kinda worried but it worked out ok, but i can tollerate the pain in my quads much better then my biceps
