I think it is impossible to answer this question. There are too many variables, especially what are the users SPECIFIC goals? Each one has their place, depending on what you want it to do. Do you want to gain mass? Maybe Var isn't the way to go. Do you want to cut BF? Maybe a nadrolone isn't the way to go.
You need to evalute what your goals are, and reseach compounds from there.
Additionally, each user is going to have different ideas of what is "overrated" based off of their INDIVIDUAL experience. And their experience may be skewed due to faulty diet and/or training, lack of research, or lack of maturity. This is why a poll isn't the way to get these answers.
