Just curious to what weeks most of you see the largest gains. I'm in the middle of week 4 of 8 and it seems my strength is just starting to pick up - fast too. However, it doesn't seem like I'm gaining much - I think the weight I've gained is just from eating alot more.
A couple people told me weeks 5/6-8 are the best...and I'm just hoping its true.
