most effective eq dose?

for all of you with experience using eq....what have you found to be the most effective dose?

eq doesnt do much for me at all, even in mega doses , just one of those things for me , but most seem to have great results 400-600mg week

Eq does the body good, like csb said 400-600mgs. Maybe, even 700mgs depending on the person.

i'm aware 400-600mg/week is the sweet spot.....just trying to decide what would be the best dose here:

400mg/week?
500mg/week?
600mg/week?

I was looking for more personal experiences.....dose/gains/sides etc

on 600 i did notice something lol (yes it was good eq) 800 was a bit better , 1200 just made me incredibly anxious and hungry but not much in the way of gains

16 weeks hey, most people i know love there eq, and most run 600mg a week with relivent test base and love it , its just me personally that i didnt feel much, but i think for me at the time like masteron my bodyfat was not low enough to appreciate it fully

awesome timing, 8 weeks into gh was perfect for me to, how are you enjoying the gh ? had the pleasure of a permenently numb finger yet lol

hahaha...actually, I have the kits in-hand, but haven't started yet... waiting for my pysical w/bloodwork in a couple weeks to get a baseline and then I'm ready to start! Can't wait! Not looking forward to a permanently numb finger though... what the hell happened?

Ive tryed EQ at 600mgs per week and did not feel much with it either. I ran for 12 weeks with test. Ive always heard great things abou tit tho, and i was wondering if maybe my dose was too low. But friends ran it as well and didnt feel anything either from it.

Hmm... I've always heard / read that 600mg is where the magic starts for EQ, keeping in mind that the "magic" for EQ is more subtle than say for deca... leaner gains, which is what I want... plus it seems people usually run it from 14-16 weeks

Yeah after a few weeks the tip of my one finger went numb for the duration of gh use and 2 months after I stopped probably due to water retention in the joints or near carpal tunnel lol

I ran EQ for 14 weeks at 600 mgs/week with 500mgs test/week. The pumps were amazing starting in around week 8 or 9. I'll probably run it again but frontload it so the real gains kick in a little quicker.

If I don't frontload it I'll run it a little longer next time.

what brand did you use and how much were you running daily?

Blue tops , generic chinese , named kefie , i also tried nomatropin , i would have loved humatrope but was too expensive for me at the time, i ran 5iu ed and started playing with 6iu ed , i ran t3 alongside as well at a medium dose

yeah i think i'll go with 600mg/week as well for 14 weeks....can always lower the dose if sides become and issue and it seems from most experienced users 600 is the way to go

Yeah bro, It depends on how many other compounds I'm running with eq. If I just run it with test and a oral at the end, I use 600 to 700 mgs. If i run it with test and deca 400mgs a week.

Here's what I like.

1-12 700 mgs of test e
1-12 600 to 700 of eq
7-12 50-75 mgs of winny tabs.

That's how I started my cycle with 400mg of deca also and I ended up dropping the eq down to 400mg and the test cyp to 500mg the headaches n anxiety was a lil to much... I feel way better at this dose and just started adding in a lil test prop so I can find the sweet spot for that. I'm about 6 weeks in

hmmmm.... I am planning on running a small dose of deca with it but only 200mg/week and of course test e which will be at 600mg/week. What do you run your deca dose at when you run a test/deca/eq cycle?

I have no problem running the eq at 400mg/week if I can see decent gains with it because i know more isn't always better, but I just don't wanna run it for 14 weeks and be like f#*k I shoulda ran it at 600 lol, Just seems like the general consensus on here like to use eq at higher doses

When I run eq and deca together, I usually run them both at 400mgs with test around 600-700mgs. Eq and Deca are different compounds, so you could still run the eq at 600 and lower the deca to around 300. They work good together imo. I'm getting a little older, so I don't like to get too crazy. The only thing I can tell you is to run them together a couple times at different dosages and find out what works for you.
