I know what you are saying but honestly it really pisses me off when people live in my country and can't be even be bothered to make an effort to be understood......

C'mon, I'll give you that but it can't be the worst accent. I'll top that one. How about Rhode Island? Who the hell talks like that anywhere in America? They can't even prounicate proper english and they're missing several letters in words the whole freakin' time! To me, they're talking in gibberish.

I had a German guy stay over at my house(exchange student) for a couple of weeks in 1991 and he had no problems. When I've been to Germany it's not something that was discussed.

That reminds me of the Family Guy episode where Peter is looking at German history and says "Hey where is the history for 1939-1945"? The German yells "We were all on vacation".

IMO the worst accent is the Russian one, it annoys the hell out of me, I like Italian accents though, its usually cool.

I was trying to watch Trainspotting and i kept on telling myself that i don't understand one word they are saying! Scottish accents are alot harder to understand compared to irish and english accents.
