that's the best idea yet, exceot there will never be a winner in my opinion. to much money involved. like playing checkers it seems like. this is not a war against Iraq now. it's a war against Iran for the most part. a lot of countries have their hand in it. Iran is shipping more equipment over here than one could imagine.
the word amongst the local people as to why the current government, put in place by us, will always fail. they are all from Iran, have lived there for 20+ years. where do you think their loyalty is now.

as for buying off the local people, it's already happening, just on a smaller scale in most places. have you seen where some of the tribes have "decided" to side with the U.S.? Wonder why?
