Take half your daily dose when you get up, say 5am. Take 20 mg, chew em up drink down a glass of water. Then chill for an hour.
Drink some coffee, read the paper, take whatever supps you need, then hit it at 6a.m. Take second have of your dose after lunch. Say 1 p.m.
That's how I run Dbol. It's in your system in 30-40 minutes.
You can split it in thirds or quarters too, if you prefer.
