I lift at 6 AM. If I'm taking a 35mg/day kick start of pinks, do I need to be taking a dose three hours before hitting the gym or would it be alright to dose about 45 minutes before say 10 mg, and then split the rest of the dose up throughout the rest of the day?
 
Take half your daily dose when you get up, say 5am. Take 20 mg, chew em up drink down a glass of water. Then chill for an hour.
Drink some coffee, read the paper, take whatever supps you need, then hit it at 6a.m. Take second have of your dose after lunch. Say 1 p.m.
That's how I run Dbol. It's in your system in 30-40 minutes.
You can split it in thirds or quarters too, if you prefer.

45 minutes prior is just fine,,,,split the rest thru out the day.
