hey, i was just wondering.. i do my cardio in the morning in an empty stomach (5g glut, 5g bcaas, 5g eaas b4 cardio)... i drink a 30g protein shake with water right after my cardio.. sound good? or should i wait a bit after? im doin a 80/20 fat/carb split which works out to be about 100g fat and 60g carbs per day so i take the carbs after my afternoon workout and fat with every meal expcept after morning cardio and before bed (just casein pp)
