Morning cardio after backshift?

So I work some 7pm to 7am shifts, would doing cardio at 7am when I got off work then going home to bed be like morning cardio?(I usually don't eat past 12) or should I go home go to bed then get up and do cardio?
 
IMO no. that would be like a normal person doing cardio in the evenings.

your schedule is upside down so do everything opposite. come home eat, go to bed.. wake up then do the 'morning cardio'

that schedule is brutal though, i know its your job but its gonna be difficult to stay fit on that schedule. we didn't evolve to sleep during the day and work all night like that.
 
ya i know it does suck ass, in another couple years hopefully I'll have a regular 9-5 but until then I have to do what i can. the bonus is that when I do back shift, there is a pool i can do laps at on my lunch and hit the gym or some boxing before work so hopefully i can keep my ass as lean as possible
