Just wondering, most of the time I notice everyone starts both upper and lower body blocks (or however you want to define them functionally) at the same time...
Is there any scientific reason not to start one functional group's block at a given date, and the second group's say halfway though the first block...
Thus maybe one functional group would be in the "heavy" part of the cycle, while the second group would be in a less intense portion...
Basically so you would only be in the "heavy" portion of one group at a time (though concieveably you would also be in at least one "heavy" portion all the time too)
Just pondering- any ideas welcome...
