The Terminator Anabolic Post Whore Platinum Apr 1, 2004 #3 More for me too...I stay sore longer while off
slat1 New member Apr 2, 2004 #4 I beat myself silly when on. I like to spend more time recovering when off!

The Terminator Anabolic Post Whore Platinum Apr 4, 2004 #7 Also for me intensity stays just as high (on or off)...but less sets while off (I'm only in the gym abot 30 minutes per day while off )

Boulder257 New member Apr 4, 2004 #10 More rest for me. When I am off my intensity seems the same, but I just can't perform the same workouts, and I stay sore longer. I usually rest more, and have shorter workouts. I will do less sets per muscle group when I am off.
